Welcome to the Vaporize Your Heartbreak App
Preparation for using this app
This unique app is designed to allow you to guide yourself through a series of audio instructions for doing the Pure Awareness Techniques. The Pure Awareness Techniques are a new technology for powerfully and permanently resolving heartbreak and other emotional problems. Each technique has it’s own series of audio instructions. In order to have the audio instructions play smoothly without interruption the software is set to download the full sequence of audio clips when you click on the DOWNLOAD button.
The Audio Instructions Downloading Process
The process of downloading the audio instructions for each technique will take from a few seconds to a minute or two depending on the speed of your internet connection. However, you only have to do this once as the audio clips are then held in the cache of your computer, smart phone or tablet. It is highly recommended that you download all of the audio clips for the techniques listed at the beginning of the application for each topic. When all of the audio clips have been successfully downloaded to your computer and/or mobile device the techniques are “activated” and ready to play.
The downloaded files are shared by most of the applications so if you use the techniques elsewhere on the site, once they are activated here they will also be activated anywhere else that you use them.
This is different on a phone or tablet. Phones and tablets typically don’t allow the sharing of audio files between apps so if you get more than one Inner Guidance app for your mobile device you’ll have to download the audio instructions for each app that you get and keep on your phone or tablet.
Choose Female or Male Voice
Choose if you want the instructions in a female or male voice and then click on the links below to access the page for each technique. Then click the START button to activate it and download the audio clip sequence for that technique. Do that for each of the techniques you will be using and then you’ll be prepared to get started.
The techniques needed for this app are –
Once the downloading process is complete you can start to use the techniques. To use the techniques you have to first be able to feel the sensation of the energy of the emotion that needs to be resolved. The instructions on the web page for each application explains how to do that. Once you can feel the energy field of the emotion you start guiding yourself through the appropriate technique by clicking or tapping on the button labeled “START,” The button will then change to the word NEXT and you advance through the audio instructions by clicking on the NEXT button for each new instruction.
Each time you click the NEXT button you get the next audio instruction for that technique. This allows you to hear the next instruction in your own timing. You take whatever time you need to follow each instruction and have the resulting experience. Then when you are ready for it you click for the next instruction.
Vaporizing Your Heartbreak
When an important relationship particularly an intimate comes to an end, it feels like your heart gets broken. For most people this is a very painful experience. And most people suffer from heartbreak for a long time without finding any way to get over it. It can result in becoming withdrawn and isolated and avoiding becoming involved in another relationship for fear of having your heart broken yet again.
But there’s a new way to resolve the pain of heartbreak that works quickly and thoroughly. It’s now possible to vaporize your heartbreak pain.
It’s Amazing How Well This Works!
Why am I using such a strong word like “Vaporize” to describe the process of resolving the pain of heartbreak? It’s because it really does resolve the pain completely so that it doesn’t come back. It’s also pretty fast, usually takes less than an hour to resolve the pain. And it’s not difficult to learn how to do it using this Inner Guidance App. You use the app to guide yourself through the experience of feeling the heartbreak pain in a new way, a way that you very likely have never done before.
My Personal Experience
I’ve helped lots of people resolve their heartbreak pain and it’s a good thing that I knew how to resolve heartbreak pain a few years ago when a special relationship ended for me. I was definitely heartbroken. Thank goodness for the techniques that you will learn from this app. I already knew them well and they saved me. Why Is It So Painful?
Why do we get so heartbroken when a relationship breaks up? It happens because when we are in an intimate relationship it can start to feel like the other person is a part of us. This is a phenomenon called Identification. It means that we start to get a part of the sense of who we are from things we become attached to, things that are not really a part of us, but they start to feel like they are a part of us.
And it isn’t so much the person that you lose but the story you have come to have in your mind about how life is just going to continue the way that it has been. When the relationship ends, your story gets interrupted, which makes it feel like a part you has been lost. The expectation that things would continue like they had been gets crushed with the breakup and it feels like now you are no longer whole and complete. The resulting pain can be pretty deep depending on the degree to which you have become identified with your story about how you assumed things would continue to be.
A New Way to Handle Overwhelm and Crying
When we start the process of resolving heartbreak and you get in touch with the heartbreak pain it’s very common to start to cry. We are used to crying when we are in pain. We’ve been doing it all of our life when things are really painful. But as you have probably experienced, crying doesn’t resolve the pain. You can cry many times and still feel heartbroken. There’s nothing really wrong with crying but it doesn’t resolve the problem.
There’s a much better way
If you understand what’s really going on then you can learn a new technique called the IN Technique and use it to resolve your heartbreak pain so thoroughly that you can think of the other person and not cry or feel any need to cry.
So a part of what I’m going to explain to you right now is how when you start the IN Technique and you start to allow yourself to feel you heartbreak pain, how to shift from crying to feeling the “energy” of the emotion in this new way with the IN Technique.
Focus on the Strongest Area of the Pain
It’s simple even if it is a little bit surprising what you have to do. When you start to feel the pain you allow yourself to focus your attention right into the center of the strongest area of the sensation of the pain. Sounds crazy but amazingly enough, it really works.
This Separates You from the Pain
What happens when you do that is that it creates a little bit of distance between your awareness and the pain. When you cry what happens is that you get kind of sucked into the sensation of the pain and overwhelmed by it, which is what makes you cry. But when you allow yourself to feel the most intense part of the pain, the strongest area of the sensation of the pain, which is usually right in the middle of the energy field of the sensation of the pain, then you don’t get sucked into it and overwhelmed.
Adjust the Distance
The next thing that you do is to adjust how close to or far away from the energy field of the sensation of the pain you position your awareness to be. Most people don’t even know that doing this is possible but it’s actually quite easy. You can get closer and further away from the pain just by adjusting this distance. So when you are getting sucked into the energy and overwhelmed by it you are too close. Back up a bit. It’s like getting into a helicopter or a hot air balloon and just going up a bit. It doesn’t take much moving away from the pain to have it stop feeling so overwhelming.
Stay Focused on the Strongest Area
It is however, essential to keep making sure that your focus of attention continues to be right in the center of the strongest area of the sensation of the pain. If you start to feel like you are getting sucked into the pain and overwhelmed again, focus back on the center of the strongest area again and immediately you will not feel like crying. You’ll become calm.
You Can Handle the Intensity
Yes, it will feel intense. But you will rapidly see that if you create that little bit of distance by focusing on the center of the strongest area that you won’t feel like crying. You will also find that you can handle the intensity.
As you continue to simply notice that strongest part of the energy field of the pain the intensity level may seem to stay more or less the same for awhile. But if you just keep innocently noticing the strongest area, not trying to make the pain go away, not trying to do anything to it, eventually something very special happens. It will gradually start to soften and become less intense.
This is because what’s really going on when you are experiencing this kind of emotional pain is that when you first experienced the heartbreak it was just too much for you to process the emotional pain in that moment. So you stored the remaining unresolved pain in you body, typically in your heart when it’s heartbreak pain, and what’s needed is to complete the incomplete experience that you are holding there.
Completing an incomplete emotionally painful experience is totally different than just crying again over it. It’s also totally different than trying to suppress the pain. That just keeps it. It doesn’t resolve it or complete it.
The Opposite of What You Have Been Doing All of Your Life
So learning the IN Technique combined with doing this preliminary process of focusing on the central strongest area of the pain and adjusting the distance of how close to or far away you are from the pain you are is learning a new skill. It’s learning to do the opposite of what you have been doing all of your life.
Once you get the distance right and stay focused on the central strongest area of the pain you can start the app and guide yourself through the completion of the heartbreak pain. Don’t stop the process until the pain is completely gone. It might take awhile so don’t be in a rush. It might even take more than one sitting depending on how severe the pain is. But if you stay with it or come back to it and continue until the pain is gone, the really great thing is that it doesn’t come back. When it’s gone, it’s really gone for good.
I have helped many people who had been suffering from heartbreak and the techniques have always worked to resolve the pain of heartbreak no matter whether the breakup had just happened or it happened a long time ago.
Pretty much everyone in the world is not good at resolving emotional pain, especially the pain of losing a relationship with someone you love.
People can take a long time to get over the feeling of being heartbroken. This isn’t because it is intrinsically difficult to get over the pain of heartbreak. It is due to people’s low levels of emotional competence. They simply don’t know how to do it and they are deeply conditioned to resist feeling things fully. So the norm is to try your best to avoid feeling the pain or to try to suppress the pain, which unfortunately just… keeps it.
People are so used to suppressing their emotional pain that they don’t realize they are doing it.
You most likely have been influenced by the normal observation that it does take most people a long time to get over feeling heartbroken. Now you will get a new perspective from using this app that it really isn’t as difficult as one would think.
Based on people’s past experiences of it being difficult and taking a long time to get over being heartbroken, you would naturally think that this is just how it is. But you’d be making your assessment without the benefit of having a new technology for resolving emotional pain such as the IN Technique. Now with what you can learn from this app the pain can be resolved in less than an hour or two at the most. I’ve helped many people resolve their heartbreak pain and it’s never taken longer than a couple of hours maximum. Sometimes it takes less than half an hour.
Have the Courage to Try It
But you do have to at least have the courage to try it and not just give up the moment that you start to get in touch with the pain because the emotional energy feels intense. There’s no question that it will feel intense. It will. But even though it will feel intense, you can quickly learn how to handle “intense”. And the way to handle it is to do exactly the same as described above for crying. When you focus on the central strongest area of the emotional pain, what you will find is that it’s just a sensation.
You may have a pretty deep habit of collapsing into crying so you might have to refocus on the central strongest area of the pain repeatedly in order to keep from collapsing back into crying. It may take a little practice to get this part.
If images or sounds or other kinds of memories from thinking about the breakup start to grip your attention, that’s similar to collapsing into the crying. Instead of letting that happen, you refocus your attention on the “sensation”, on the “energy” of the pain and you focus right into the center of the strongest part of it. Just like with the crying, this will help you to not get lost to the images and memories.

More About How It Works
You are about to learn how to resolve your heartbreak pain. As I mentioned, this is going to take learning to do some things that are the exact opposite of what you have been doing your whole life but it turns out to be pretty easy.
You’ve been trying your best to suppress the pain that’s at the basis of your heartbreak. You may still be quite upset at what happened. These unresolved emotions keep you locked into having painful feelings and you may be having some trouble really resolving them.
Useful and Not-Useful Emotions
This usually means that you will have mainly what we call Painful/Internal emotional energy patterns still held in your body. You may also have some other emotions like anger, sadness, and disappointment as well. These are what are called “Reactive” or External emotions. Here’s a diagram of the different kinds of disruptive emotional energies.
The key to being able to breakthrough and finally get rid of your heartbreak pain is to approach it on a new level… on the level where it really lives.
Emotions have both Content and Energy
The content is the part that most people and most attempts to resolve it focus on. But it is the energy of the emotion that gives it life. When the energy is gone, the emotion is gone. The circumstances may still be there but the “charge” of your emotional reaction to the circumstances will be gone. It becomes neutral.
What you’ve done in the past hasn’t been working so we need to approach it in a new much more highly effective way.
The new approach that you are going to learn from this app is how to effectively resolve the disruptive emotional energy that IS what your heartbreak pain is made of. It is literally like running anti-virus software on yourself! It is going to wipe it off of your hard drive!!!
I know that it sounds too good to be true… but it is true. You don’t have to take my word for it. Just use the app, follow the instructions and see for yourself!
Learning to Feel in a New Way
You’re going to learn how to allow yourself to feel the energy of your old unresolved emotional pain from your heartbreak experience in a new way. This is something new that you haven’t known how to do in the past. Once you learn how to locate the emotional energy, you’ll learn how to put your attention right into the center of the most intense part of the energy field of the emotional pain and how to completely resolve it. Strangely enough, this simple shift to focusing on the strongest area of the sensation of the residual energy field and staying focused there is the main new thing you have to learn how to do. And it isn’t that hard to do it. The strongest area of the energy field is usually right in the center of the field.
It Will Feel Stronger at First
What will happen when you focus on the strongest area of the pain is that it will initially feel stronger than normal because you are really allowing yourself to feel it more than you normally do. And the intensity level may seem to stay more or less the same for a while. But as you just innocently continue to notice the strongest area of the energy of the pain it will gradually start to soften and become less intense. When it does, bring your awareness closer to whatever remains of the energy. Again focus on the strongest area. Each time it softens get closer to it.
You are used to avoiding feeling this pain. This habit of avoidance comes from a deep form of conditioning that occurs in early childhood. You get emotionally overwhelmed a lot as a kid. And nobody likes it. In fact, we hate it. And we make a “pre-verbal decision” to do our best to NOT feel painful, overwhelming feelings. We learn to immediately suppress our feelings. But suppression and completion of the experience of the left over emotional energies of traumatic experiences are completely different. Suppression keeps the emotional energy in your body. Completing it with the technique you are about to learn allows the body to finally let it go and then it’s really gone… for good!
Making sure you got it all
The Provocation Test
When the emotional pain is gone you will do a simple exercise to make sure that the pain is really thoroughly resolved. We call it a “provocation test.” That means you will attempt to provoke the painful feeling by thinking about what happened. We’ll see if you feel differently about it now. The most common report from people when they do this is… “The pain is completely gone. It’s amazing that i can think about the breakup and it doesn’t feel painful anymore. Wow!”
If you have more than one heartbreak from the past, you can do a variation of the provocation test by simply thinking of another previous heartbreak experience and see if there’s any pain left when thinking of that. If you have any pain over anything like this then shift to the IN Technique and resolve that too. You can resolve as many old heartbreak energies as you feel comfortable to do in one sitting. That’s entirely up to you and of course how many of them you have.
You Are About to Start the Techniques

If you haven’t yet activated the techniques by downloading the audio clips, do that now. Select if you want the instructions in a female or male voice and then click the appropriate link below. You will immediately get a new screen with two large buttons on it. The one on the top says – START. The one below it says REPLAY.
When you click on the START button the audio clips will download. You’ll see a progress circle showing you what % has been downloaded. Once you have activated each of the techniques you are going to be using to vaporize your depression, you can start. The first time to you play the instructions the button will say PLAY or START and when you click it, it will change to the word NEXT and you will hear the first audio instruction that will tell you to close your eyes. The techniques are easiest to do with your eyes closed. The buttons are big enough that you can just keep your thumb (for smart phones) or the mouse cursor right over the button and keep clicking on it for the next instruction even with your eyes closed.
Let’s Get Started
To get started you first have to feel the energy field of the emotion. For heartbreak it is usually not difficult to do that. As soon as you feel the pain click on the START button and follow the instructions. The techniques are easiest to do with your eyes closed. The LOCATE Technique
If you don’t feel the energy by just thinking about the person, then you can use the LOCATE Technique to help you get access to the IN Technique energy that needs to be resolved. Start the LOCATE Technique that is the process for preparing to do the IN Technique. The LOCATE Technique for the IN Technique will guide you in finding where the IN Technique energy is being held in your body. As soon as you feel the IN Technique energy field shift to the IN Technique app and guide yourself through the resolution of the pain.

When you have finished resolving the pain of the heartbreak you can open your eyes.
You just vaporized the stress has been the cause of your heartbreak pain. You’ll notice if you think about the person again that the feeling of pain will have been replaced by a kind of neutral feeling. It sort of becomes a non-issue. In fact you may feel your love for the person but without the pain from the breakup and not being with them anymore.
