Welcome to the Vaporize Your Resentments App

Preparation for using this App

This unique app is designed to allow you to guide yourself through a series of audio instructions for doing the Pure Awareness Techniques. The Pure Awareness Techniques are a new technology for powerfully and permanently resolving resentments and other emotional problems. Each technique has it’s own series of audio instructions. In order to have the audio instructions play smoothly without interruption the software is set to download the full sequence of audio clips when you click on the DOWNLOAD button.

The Audio Instructions Downloading Process

This downloading process will take from a few seconds to a minute or two per technique depending on the speed of your internet connection. However, you only have to do this once as the audio clips are then held in the cache of your computer, smart phone or tablet. It is highly recommended that you download all of the audio clips for the techniques listed at the beginning of the application for each topic such as Depression or Anxiety, etc. When all of the audio clips have been successfully downloaded to your computer and/or mobile device the techniques are then “activated” and ready to play.

The downloaded files are shared by most of the applications so if you use the techniques elsewhere on the site, once they are activated here they will also be activated anywhere else that you use them.

This is different on a phone or tablet. Phones and tablets typically don’t allow the sharing of audio files between apps so if you get more than one Inner Guidance app for your mobile device you’ll have to download the audio instructions for each app that you get and keep on your phone or tablet.

Choose if you want the instructions in a female or male voice and then click on the links below to access the page for each technique. Then click the START button to activate it and download the audio clip sequence for that technique. Do that for each of the techniques you will be using and then you’ll be prepared to get started.

The Buttons

Once the downloading process is complete you can start to use the techniques. To use the techniques you have to first be able to feel the sensation of the energy of the emotion that needs to be resolved. The instructions on the web page for each application explains how to do that. Once you can feel the energy field of the emotion you start guiding yourself through the appropriate technique by clicking or tapping on the button labeled “START,” The button will then change to the word NEXT and you advance through the audio instructions by clicking on the NEXT button for each new instruction.

Each time you click the NEXT button you get the next audio instruction for that technique. This allows you to hear the next instruction in your own timing. You take whatever time you need to follow each instruction and have the resulting experience. Then when you are ready for it you click for the next instruction.

Vaporizing Your Resentments

You are about to learn how to resolve your resentments. This is going to take learning to do some things that are the exact opposite of what you have been doing your whole life but it turns out to be pretty easy. You’ve been suppressing the pain that’s at the basis of resentments and you’ve also developed a habit of wishing that things had been different, wishing things had turned out the way that you had expected them to. You may still be a bit angry or upset at your partner or whoever it is who you are feeling resentment towards. These patterns of conditioning keep you locked into having resentful feelings and you may be having some trouble letting go of them.

(By the way, this is a responsive web site so you can access this page and use the app on your smart phone or tablet if you have enough bandwidth from wifi or your cellular data. Wifi is typically your best option.)

Useful and Not-useful Emotions

This usually means that you will have two different kinds of resentment energy patterns in and around your body. Here’s a diagram of the two kinds of disruptive emotional energies.

Although resentment is listed as a Painful/Internal emotion on the left side of the chart, there can also be a Reactive/External component to it as well. With the Vaporize Your Resentments app you are going to learn how to resolve both kinds of energy… completely.

The key to being able to breakthrough and finally get rid of your resentment is to approach it on a new level… on the level where it really lives.

Emotions have both Content and Energy

The content is the part that most people and most approaches focus on. But it is the energy of the emotion that gives it life. When the energy is gone, the emotion is gone. The circumstances may still be there but the “charge” of your emotional reaction to the circumstances will be gone. It becomes neutral.

A New Approach

What you’ve done in the past hasn’t been working so we need to approach it in a new much more highly effective way.

The new approach that you are going to learn from this app is how to effectively resolve the disruptive emotional energy that IS what your resentments are made of. It is literally like running anti-virus software on yourself! It is going to wipe it off of your hard drive!!!

I know that it sounds too good to be true… but it is true. You don’t have to take my word for it. Just use the app, follow the instructions and see for yourself!

As shown on the Types of Emotions Chart above  there are two kinds of disruptive emotional energy fields that typically cause resentments and usually people with resentments have both of them. So the app is going to show you how to resolve both kinds of energy patterns that contribute to your resentments. You’re going to learn how to allow yourself to feel the energy of your old unresolved emotional pain that is at the real root of your resentments. And once you learn how to locate the emotional energy and feel it, you’ll learn how to put your attention right into the center of the most intense part of the energy field of the old emotional pain and how to completely resolve it.

And you are going to learn how to extract yourself from the energy clouds of reactive emotions. You’ll learn that you are holding onto a story in your mind about what you wished things would have happened. You wish that your expectation of how things would be would have turned out the way you wanted instead of the way that it did. Maybe you expected your partner to be truthful with you and you found out that he or she lied to you. Maybe you expected to get promoted at work but someone else got the promotion and wasn’t really as qualified for the position as you are.

Even though life showed up the way that it did and not the way you wanted it to be, you are still stuck in your story and the upset or even anger about it not happening how you wanted it to happen. Typically just intellectually understanding will not solved the problem. That’s because there’s an emotional charge to the resentment that’s keeping it in place. Even understanding that you are continuing to make up this story in your mind doesn’t stop you form doing that. You haven’t been able to let go of your story.

That’s again because there’s another “virus” that’s been holding your story in place… keeping you locked into it. No amount of intellectual understanding about what happened or what you are doing is going to get this off of your “hard drive.”

You need another anti-virus program for human beings for this one. What you need is called the OUT Technique. It will show you just how to extract yourself from the energy field that is locking you into your story and making it nearly impossible to let it go. This app is going to show you how to break out of the jail cell of this story’s energy field. Once you are outside of the energy field, you will see… it’s like magic. It will allow you to finally be able to be at peace with what happened and stop wishing that it was different. Sounds amazing but… it works! You have to experience it to believe it.

Can’t get rid of it with will power or just deciding to stop

The problem is that this is a deeply conditioned “bad habit”. Just deciding that you won’t be resentful any more usually doesn’t work. The habit will keep you locked into doing this unless we do something to really break the pattern of the conditioning.

Making sure you got it all

The Provocation Test

When the emotional pain is gone and you have come out of the reactive emotional energy cloud, it will be a good idea to open your eyes and take a little break. At that point you will do a simple exercise to make sure that the problem is really resolved. We call it a “provocation test.”

That means we will attempt to provoke the resentment feeling by thinking about what happened or didn’t happen in the past that is the topic of the source of your resentment feelings. We’ll see if you feel differently about it now. The most common report from people when they do this is… It’s completely gone. It’s become a non-issue. It’s just something that didn’t happen the way that I wanted but it doesn’t make me feel angry or disappointed or resentful any more. Wow!

Then whenever you are ready, if you have another resentful feeling that you want to get rid of, start the app again and guide yourself through the process once more. Sometimes people have multiple issues or multiple versions of the energy patterns that are holding their resentments in place, If you do, the provocation test can be done for the specific situation that you first worked on. If it isn’t fully resolved yet, no problem. It just means you need to use either the IN or OUT Technique or both of them a little more. It’s like you just need to run the anti-virus software a little longer to finish the job. You’ll know when it’s gone because it will feel totally different.

And if when you do the provocation test you can really feel that the original issue is resolved and there’s no more resentment energy, even though you can certainly remember the events, that won’t matter because the “charge” that’s been holding the discomfort of your resentment is place will be completely resolved. You’ll be free of the that resentment… for good.

So then you can do a variation on the provocation test and also use the LOCATE Technique (which is a part of this app) to locate any additional energy patterns that could be contributing to any other feelings of resentment. Then you will shift to the IN and/or OUT Technique and resolve the true basis of any aspect of your resentment that needs resolution. You can resolve as many of your resentment energies as you feel comfortable to do in one sitting. That’s entirely up to you.

Because of your life-time of suppressing your emotions the traumatic emotional energy that is at the basis of your resentment may be a bit hidden. After all, you swept it under the rug in an attempt to do the best that you could to not have to feel it. That means we have to do something that helps you to now get access to it. There are two possible ways to make that happen that are explained below.

You are about to start the techniques

Here’s what you are going to do –

As just mentioned above, you first have to feel the energy field of the emotion. Follow the suggestions below in order to be able to do that.

To start the appropriate app, select if you want the instructions in a female or male voice and then click the appropriate link below. You will immediately get a new screen with two large buttons on it. The one on the top says – START. The one below it says REPLAY.

When you click on the START button the button will change to the word NEXT and you will hear the first audio instruction that will tell you to close your eyes. This is because these techniques are easiest to do with your eyes closed. The buttons are big enough that you can just keep your thumb (for smart phones) or the mouse cursor right over the button and keep clicking on it for the next instruction even with your eyes closed.

Let’s Get Started

#1. If you think about something you are still feeling resentful about, you may be able to feel the underlying trauma that is the cause of the resentment. Then again, you may not feel it because it’s so well suppressed but you might be feeling the energy cloud of the reactive part of the resentment. If so, we will get to that in a bit but first we want to resolve the deeper traumatic source of the resentment.

If the energy feels like it is localized inside of your body, if it feels like a tight knot or ball of energy, then that’s very likely the IN Technique part of the resentment. If you can feel something that seems localized, concentrated, then start the IN Technique app and guide yourself through the resolution of this old traumatic stress. Make sure that other high bandwidth uses of your internet connection are NOT running, like someone watching a movie on line or playing an internet based game – make sure that you have good bandwidth so that you don’t interrupt the streaming audio of the instructions.

#2. If you don’t feel the energy as localized, like a constriction somewhere inside of you, then you can use the LOCATE Technique to help you get access to the IN Technique energy that needs to be resolved. Start the LOCATE Technique that is the process for preparing to do the IN Technique. The LOCATE Technique for the IN Technique will guide you in finding where the IN Technique energy is being held in your body. As soon as you feel the IN Technique energy field, shift to the IN Technique app and guide yourself through the resolution of the old traumatic pain.

Once the IN Technique energy is resolved, now we want to resolve the reactive emotional energy component of the resentment.

You can start by thinking of something that makes you feel resentful. You may be able to feel a kind of cloud or aura of energy that radiates out from your body and fills up the space around you. If so, start the OUT Technique app and resolve it by simply following the audio instructions in the app.

If when you think about something that normally makes you feel resentful and you can’t feel the energy cloud of the resentment, then you can use the version of the LOCATE Technique that prepares you for the OUT Technique.

Either when you use the LOCATE Technique or if you access the cloud of reactive emotional energy by just thinking about something that normally makes you feel resentful, as soon as you get access to the OUT Technique energy field shift to the OUT Technique app and resolve it. Use the appropriate technique via the links just above.

When you have finished resolving one of the resentment feelings open your eyes.

Congratulations!

You just vaporized the stresses that have been causing one of your resentments. You’ll notice if you think about the topic again that the feeling of resentment will have been replaced by a kind of neutral feeling. It sort of becomes a non-issue.

Rejuvenating Your Relationship

If you are having success with getting rid of your resentments using the Vaporize Your Resentments app then you can continue to use it until all of your resentments are really gone. This will do wonders for your relationships, particularly for the relationship with the person who you are the closest to. You remember what the feeling was with that person when you first met! Well, when you are resentment free it can have a kind of clean slate – starting over quality about it.

In order to do make sure that you are really resentment free, use the LOCATE Technique repeatedly and tell the body to show you any energy of resentment that you might still be holding in your system. When you tell the body to show you any such energy and then you do that again and get no response from the body both times, you can be pretty sure that you got it all.

And if you ever feel resentful about something again in the future you’ll know exactly what to do and you can always use the app.
