Transform Grief into Joy – Karen Berry

This video is an excellent example of how we use new techniques to Transform Grief into Joy. The demo session was done on June 5, 2018.  The volunteer for the demo was Karen Berry. Karen did great! Her original topic for the demo was Transform Depression into Happiness. But as we got started it turned out that some unresolved grief was one of the main causes of her depression. So it is appropriate to provide her demo video for both Transform Depression into Happiness and Transform Grief into Joy. We resolved both her grief and her depression all in one session. We also did a follow up call a few weeks after the initial session to check on how she was doing. she reported that she is feeling so much better since her initial session. She basically feels that her depression and grief are gone! The first video below is the short call for her follow up. The recording of her full session is below that.

In this demo, Tom Stone, the founder of Inner Greatness Global and the creator of the Pure Awareness Techniques taught Karen how to do these techniques which she used to resolve the pain of loss as well as other traumatic energies and reactive emotions that had been causing her to feel depressed from time to time.  Tom provided a detailed explanation of the process and the techniques as he was giving the demo. It is well worth watching the whole video.
