Stress Assessment

Stress has become a pretty big problem in modern life. People have all kinds of stress in their lives like financial stress, relationship stress, stress relate to the kids, stress from work, stress from relatives, stress from unresolved painful experiences in the past that you are having a hard time letting go of, etc.

This assessment is designed to give you a reality check on your stress level and then to recommend some resources that are extremely helpful in getting rid of your stress and helping you get very good at staying stress free. You won’t believe how much better this will make your life!

The experiences listed below include both the emotional and physical symptoms of stress.
