How to use this app

The Freedom Practice is a fast and powerful way to become highly emotionally competent and to make more and more of your decision from your intuition. 

The techniques you will learn in this training were designed to be easily integrated into your daily life and act like anti-virus software for humans.

The Pure Awareness Techniques eliminate the emotional reactions from your decision making so instead your decisions can be made from a place of certainty and confidence.

When you utilize the Pure Awareness Techniques regularly, you begin to make more of your decisions based on  your intuition, rather than from emotional distress and uncertainty.

Another development of this training is that it is now in 2 sections. The first 2 lessons are FREE webinars.

The first lesson provides an overview of what you will learn in the whole training. In the second lesson you learn how to do what we call the IN Technique.

Th IN technique is a simple and quick way to resolve trauma and emotional pain. Tom Stone discovered the IN Technique while he was doing his own private research to find a cure for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that he had after getting shot in the chest in 1993, right at his front door. 

Tom’s discovery of a very simple insight allowed him to completely cure his PTSD and he hasn’t had a single PTSD symptom in over 25 years! He guides you through actually doing the IN Technique in this free lesson 2 of the training. 

The second section of the training includes 4 more webinars.

Over the years, Tom discovered eight techniques that are called the Pure Awareness Techniques. 

Tom has been teaching people all over the world how to do these techniques and getting incredible results such as eliminating nightmares, startle response, anxiety and many other disruptive emotions. See the short videos here – Results

The second section of the training includes learning how to do the other main Pure Awareness Technique called the OUT Technique. This is a technique for rapidly resolving what are called Reactive Emotions. These are things like Anger, Frustration, Sadness, Depression, Grief, Heartbreak, etc. These are additional add on training models that can be purchased individually or as a bundle at the end of the training.  The applications include how to quickly and easily get rid of:
