Charles’ Story – Demo of Resolving Startle Response in Just Minutes
Charles was a Sargent in the army and was deployed twice in Iraq. He was a mechanic working at a forward operating base and the base was attacked by mortars from time to time. He had developed a PTSD symptom known as startle response. When he came back to Camp Pendleton in California after his deployments when he would hear the artillery practice rounds he would have an intense anxious adrenaline reaction.
He was referred to me by his neighbor who knew about my work with vets so he came in fo a demonstration that we were able to video. He was able to resolve the reaction in a matter of just a few mintues. He was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly he was able to resolve this reaction using the IN technique. After resolving the energy of the reaction in his body he said that he felt relaxed and at ease. When talking again about the experiences of the mortar attacks in Irag he said that it had changed dramatically and it just felt like a non-issue.
Watch this short video of Charles going through the process of resolving his reaction using this Conquer PTSD technique.
