The Awaken Your Inner Greatness App is no longer working either on the Android or Apple phones. It apparently has something to do with the app having been developed with some older app development software that is not compatible with recent upgrades to the phone operating systems. But we have a new development that makes a new version of the app available on line so that it now can be used either on the computer or on a phone because it is made on a responsive web site.
Using the Inner Guidance App on your computer
This unique app is designed to allow you to guide yourself through a series of audio instructions for doing the Pure Awareness Techniques. Each technique has its own series of audio instructions. In the past we had a computer based app called the Inner Guidance App but it also stopped working some time ago. So we have created a new and simpler version that is now working and available. The full sequence of audio clips is right on the website so there is nothing to download. It does mean that in order to use it on a phone you need a decent internet connection but that seems to be working quite well.
The OUT Technique and the IN Technique are the 2 most used Pure Awareness Techniques. They are used to eliminate the disruptive emotions that are at the basis of the kind of thoughts you have that lead to costly mistakes. The optimal way to get the most out of the IN and OUT Techniques is to integrate them into your life. This makes you about to have much more influence on your decisions from your intuitive thoughts leading to more successful outcomes. In many cases learning the Freedom Practice is quite bit less expensive when it is taking as part of one of our comprehensive trainings such as our Extraordinary Coach Training program. There are also three more techniques that don’t require being guide through them that you can learn about from the Pure Awareness Techniques page just mentioned. The instructions for each application explain how to get in touch with the “energy” of the emotion that needs to be resolved. Once you can feel the energy field of the emotion you start the technique instructions by clicking or tapping on the face of the video screen or phone. Each time you click or tap on the screen you get the next audio instruction for that technique. This allows you to get the next instruction at your own timing. You take whatever time you need to do each instruction guides you to do and have the resulting experience. Then when you are ready for it you click or tap for the next instruction. By becoming a member you will be added to our email list which will allow us to give you updates about new applications and other news related to the app and its uses. Although it is not required to register in order to use the app we do encourage you to register as we are planning lots of new applications of the Inner Guidance App and you will very likely want to know about them as they become available. The main Pure Awareness Techniques that are used frequently are the IN, OUT and LOCATE Techniques. In order to assist you in using them to upgrade the quality of your life we have put them into the context of using them to resolve specific problems such as getting rid of the stresses that create depression, anxiety, resentments, grief, etc., even fibromyalgia. Developing Emotional Competence
When you learn and use the Pure Awareness Techniques you begin to develop a much greater level of emotional competence. Becoming Emotionally Competent means being able to recognize and distinguish between emotions that are useful and those that are not as shown on this Types of Emotions Chart – Our upgraded definition of emotional competence means that you know the IN Technique and OUT Techniques and how and when to use them to completely resolve not-useful emotions. This is very powerful. For the first time in human history we now have the technology for coming out of the grip of emotions. You don’t have to continue to live as the victim of your emotions any more. And the techniques are simple. They are not difficult to learn or use. As mentioned previously, learning them teaches you how to do some things that are the exact opposite of what you have been deeply conditioned to do your whole life. And as you use the Inner Guidance App you will easily get the idea of how to guide yourself through the techniques even without the app but you can continue to use the app on your computer, smart phone or tablet for as long as you like for free. It’s our intention to remove the pain of the world so because we want as many people as possible to learn how to resolve their emotional pain we want this great resource to be available to everyone who would like to use it. Let you friends and family and colleagues know that this is available for free. Now you don’t have your thinking and decisions and actions be so controlled by your emotional reactions any more. You may not have realized it because you don’t really have any other frame of reference. But a lot of your life is just you reacting to situations with deeply conditioned habitual behaviors. But now, you don’t have to be limited by your unresolved emotions and habits from the past. You don’t have to opt for addictive behaviors or turn to drugs or alcohol to escape feeling bad or stressed or traumatized. Now it is possible to learn how to resolve your stress and emotional pain quickly and thoroughly. If there is anything in life worth learning it is to learn and use the Pure Awareness Techniques. Doing so will liberate you from suffering, give you consistent access to your inner greatness and finally help you to have the life of your dreams… in fact it will give you a life you couldn’t even dream of having before now.
The Freedom Practice
Once you get the idea that developing emotional competence is one of the most useful and valuable skills that you can have in your life, you will want to get on with cleaning up your inner emotional landscape as quickly was possible. Having accumulated 2 large databases of not-useful emotions, the IN Technique ones and the OUT Technique ones (see the Types of Emotions Model if you haven’t seen it yet) So although there are only 2 types of disruptive emotions, everyone has lots of them as they have been suppressing their feelings all of their life. - Emotional Pain based Thoughts
The first two are useful to use and the 2nd two are definitely not useful to us. But all four kinds of thoughts are so familiar to us that we think they are all “normal.” But the ego and emotional pain based thoughts influence our decisions so that we tend to make lots of costly mistakes. To way to get the most out of the Pure Awareness Techniques is to learn to integrate them into you life and the best way to do that is learn and do the Freedom Practice o ma daily basis.
