Extraordinary Emotional Freedom

Extraordinary Emotional Freedom is a fast and powerful way to become highly emotionally competent in your decision making and is designed to make it easy for you to integrate the Pure Awareness Techniques into your life. The Pure Awareness techniques are like anti-virus software for humans because the techniques eliminate the emotional reactions from your decision making, therefore making it easier to make decisions from a place of clarity.

When you practice the Pure Awareness energy clearing techniques regularly, you begin to make decisions that are based on intuition and confidence, rather than from emotional distress and uncertainty.

The Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Process

The Extraordinary Emotional Freedom process is done on a daily basis and has two phases to it.

Phase 1 starts by doing the practice each morning shortly after you get up for about 20 minutes or more depending on what happens during the practice. You will be identifying and transforming the energy patterns that have been creating your ego based and emotional pain based thoughts.

Phase 2 starts to happen naturally as you become increasingly sensitized to recognizing and transforming the self-sabotaging energy patterns of the not-useful thoughts by starting to be more conscious of which thoughts are ego and emotional pain based as they occur during the day. You start to catch them, test them and transform them whenever they come up during the day.

This is when you start to become truly emotionally competent and free. You become more and more awakened to living and expressing your inner greatness.

What’s needed to be successful with this entire program is to have a structure that supports you in being consistent with doing this practice every day. It is also very important to receive ongoing mentoring from an Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Mentor. An essential part of the structure of the program that supports you in having the needed consistency is that each day you prepare a Freedom Practice Report.

This is simple and only takes a few minutes to do at most. You just write a quick summary of what you did during you Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Practice that day and send it to a group discussion list for your group. You also mention changes in your experiences you are starting to have in various circumstances as you progress. For example people notice that they become less self-critical, more confident, more present, more understanding and compassionate. etc. Then your report is reviewed and you are given additional insights and guidance by your Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Mentor.

To learn the basics of how to do the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom program, it starts by taking a training called the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Masterclass. It can be taken anytime online as a series of 5 webinars of about 90 minutes each.

When you start the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom program you receive a personalized Decision Influences Assessment.

The Decision Influences Assessment (DIA)

Your personal DIA will show you to what extent your decisions are currently being influenced by each of the four different kinds of thoughts –

    1. Practical thoughts
    2. Intuitive/creative thoughts
    3. Ego based thoughts
    4. Emotional pain based thoughts

Practical thoughts are those that are based on right timing and right action. Intuitive thoughts are those that are based on the inner knowing to take action, if needed. Ego based and emotional pain based thoughts are the thoughts that undermine your decisions and therefore, the quality of your life.

The ego is the false sense of self that we make up in our mind and is where we house these fabricated stories about ourselves and our world. Ego based thoughts highlight the expectations that we have about the things that we do and don’t want to happen in our lives. Emotional pain based thoughts are fear based thoughts that drive us to make decisions based on of both past experiences of pain and the fear of needing to avoid future pain. When you eliminate the energy of these two types of thoughts, your decision making becomes more naturally influenced by your practical and intuitive thoughts. Once we get the energy patterns that create problem causing thoughts out of the way, you will make fewer poor decisions and experience increases in your quality of life.

An important aspect of the DIA is that it allows us to see to what extent you are becoming a living example of making fewer mistakes from faulty thoughts and to what extent you are making your decisions from your intuitive and practical thoughts.

The Practical Thoughts and Intuitive Thoughts are useful to you. Decisions based on those kinds of thoughts typically lead to actions that are successful.

Ego Based Thoughts and Emotional Pain Based Thoughts are not-useful and typically lead to poor decisions and costly mistakes.

Most people make many decisions based on Ego Based and Emotional Pain Based thoughts without even realizing that they are doing that. This is because you have been having all four kinds of thoughts your whole life so they all seem like they are just a normal part of the process of thinking. So you don’t distinguish between them.

Even if you were able to make the distinction between the useful and not-useful thoughts, no one has trained you in how to get rid of the not-useful thoughts so that they stop influencing your decisions. Why I created the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Masterclass

I was in China for about 6 years from 2013 to 2019. I was teaching this work which in China we call Inner Greatness Optimizing (IGO). As the number of advanced students grew some of them wanted to become presenters of our training programs. I liked that idea because I wanted IGO to be taught all over China every month and I could only be in  1 city at a time.

So I created an IGO Presenter Training Program. I had one concern which was that I wanted these presenters to be living examples of what they were teaching so that people who saw their presentations would be inspired by their example and what to have some of the same qualities in their own life and take our IGO trainings.

So I created what we originally called the Freedom Practice (FP) and taught it to my students. The result was exactly what I wanted. The progress these students made was about 10 to 20 times faster than from the earlier way of training in IGO I had been giving.

In the former way of training the students would learn a 9 step protocol and they could and did do it on themselves. But now with the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Masterclass they were using the Pure Awareness Techniques every day and started to have experiences of living in Pure Awareness that I only would typically see after a year or two of the earlier way of doing this work. I was amazed and delighted. And also relieved because I knew that it wouldn’t matter what these presenters would say because they would be living examples of what they were presenting.

Since then I have restructured virtually all of our trainings so that training in the Extraordinary Emotional Freedom Masterclass is the first thing everyone learns.
